Privacy Policy

Effective: 2 September 2026

Data LifeCore accesses

LifeCore accesses only Google account data covered by permissions the account owner explicitly grants. Depending on enabled features, this may include calendar events and data from other selected Google services.

How data is used

Data is used solely to provide the owner’s requested personal-assistant features, such as summaries, reminders, and approved event changes. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Storage and sharing

LifeCore is self-hosted. Credentials are stored as protected server secrets. Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties, except infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the private service.

Retention and control

The owner can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions. Stored credentials and associated cached data can be deleted on request through the support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.

Google API Limited Use

LifeCore’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy will be updated when connected services or data practices materially change.
